We use a project approach to attract investments. Our tasks are:

Changing the federal regulation of investment activity to meet the real needs of the regions.

Development and support of regional investment attraction plans with specific projects based on industry analysis of markets, available resources and sites. Formation of a unified plan for attracting investments in the Central Federal District.

Implementation of the target model of investor support. The key elements of the target model are an understandable market, effective benefits and affordable infrastructure.

 Implementation of a unified digital investment management system in the district.

Promotion of investment opportunities of the Central Russia regions through domestic and international platforms.

Creation and maintenance of a unified marketplace with projects for investors.

Development and implementation of the standard (target model) of investor support in the district.

Evaluation of the regional management teams’ work based on the regional growth of investments in fixed assets, approved by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 04.02.2021 No. 68.
