Biography:
Born in 1967 year;
In 1990 he graduated from the Plekhanov Moscow Institute of National Economy;
In 1999, he received a second higher education at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation;
In 2007 he studied at the State University – Higher School of Economics under the program “MBA-Finance”;
Since 1992 he worked in the structures of Sberbank of Russia;
Since 2013 he held the post of Vice President of Sberbank of Russia – Chairman of the Central Russian Bank;
Since 2018, he has been appointed as the Acting Head of the Lipetsk region administration by the Decree of the Russian Federation’s President;
In 2019, he was elected as the head of the Lipetsk region’s administration.
