Executive Director

The sole executive body carrying out the current management of the Association’s activities is the Executive Director of the Association.

The Executive Director of the Association is accountable to the General Meeting, carries out the current management of the Association’s activities, ensures the implementation of the decisions of the General Meeting.

Biography:

Born on March 8, 1970 in the Amur region, Raichikhinsk;

12.2010 — 07.2019 — work in the executive authorities of the Khabarovsk Territory (from Deputy Minister of Economic Development and External Relations for Small and Medium-sized Businesses to First Deputy Prime Minister for Investment);

09.2019 — 09.2020 — Deputy Head of the Department for Coordination of Activities of the Department and the State Civil Service of the Department of Economic Policy and Development of the City of Moscow;

09.2020 — 12.2020 — Investment Director – Head of the Department of the Association of Interregional Socio-Economic Cooperation “Central Federal District”, Executive Secretary of the Council under the Investment Commissioner in the Central Federal District;

12.2020 — present — Executive Director of the Association of Interregional Socio-Economic Cooperation “Central Federal District”, Executive Secretary of the Council under the Investment Commissioner in the Central Federal District.
